I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience of selling my home, and that’s entirely thanks to my incredible real estate agent. From our very first meeting, Robert was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to making the process as smooth and successful as possible. We listed my house in the dead of a horribly icy and cold winter. Robert explained how listing during the winter time could affect the sale of my house and he talked it over with us. We went ahead with listing and after 60 days on the market and tons more snow. Robert secured a full asking pending offer from a family out of state. Afterwards, everything moved very smoothly and quickly. There was always an open line of communication with Robert. Any questions I had he would take the time to answer them and explain thoroughly. Robert sold my parents home within three weeks of listing it in March 2022. He helped us establish the right asking price, created a lovely listing with terrific photos, was highly focused on the sale, kept the process moving forward and provided regular updates via email and text. Additionally, Robert helped us seamlessly coordinate the removal of furniture, winterizing the house and turning the water back on for a home inspection for the buyer... I live 3 1/2 hours away and never had to make the trek back to the house. He made the process hassle free for us. My family was hoping to sell a house in Stamford N.Y. Honestly, it was in ragged shape. As we were looking for a realtor to work with, we got two suggested asking prices that would have barely covered the unpaid portion of the mortgage. Robert suggested a significantly higher asking price and expressed confidence he could sell it very quickly at or about that price. We are thrilled that we decided to go with him. He spent a lot of time preparing the house for listing and doing so very capably, and the language he drafted for the listing showed his considerable marketing skill.
